Timber Falls Dental membership Club

At Timber Falls Family Dentistry, we believe quality care should be accessible without the confusion of insurance restrictions. While our practice is not contracted with any insurance company, we gladly file claims on your behalf so you can still use your benefits. For patients without insurance, our Membership Club offers a simple, affordable way to maintain regular dental care and receive savings on treatment. This program is not dental insurance and is not intended to replace it, but rather to help meet the financial needs of patients who do not have coverage by providing year-round preventative services and discounts on care.

Individual yearly membership includes:

  • Two routine dental exams & cleanings per calendar year
  • Bitewing radiographs (x-rays) with routine cleanings
  • Two fluoride treatments
  • Oral Cancer Screening
  • Oral Hygiene Instruction
  • Periodontal Exam
  • One limited/emergency exam per year
  • Radiographs associated with the limited exam (excludes Panorex and CBCTs)
  • 10% discount on tooth restorations – fillings, single-unit crowns, and sealants

Require More?

Has our team advised more than two cleanings per year? Do you have periodontal disease/gum disease or a heavy plaque builder? We have our Adult Plus membership just for you! This plan includes all the same perks as our Adult plan with two extra bonus cleanings annually, allowing for one every three months.

Annual membership fees may be paid up front, semi-annually, or monthly and all plans require a separate one-time $99 fee.
